Is there any cure for this?

The doc said it is folliculitis decalvans but nothing helps. Medinac, gels, shampoos... nothing. What is the solution? I probably got it from a barber 1.5 years ago... I have probably 8-10 "things" on my scalp and they are quite frustrating. (they are worse IRL. much darker)
