Delivered via tracking, but customer can't find

Decent selling history, but this is weirdly a first.

Sold to someone with no ratings for a $20 phone case.

It shows delivered, but they state they can't find it. I already told them to verify with the complex and that I can't do anything else as it shows delivered on my side.
