Advise needed for right approach
After 6 months of joining the gym, I am able to do 30kg bench press 10rm, 55kg squat 8 rm, 80kg deadlif 3rm. Am I going in right direction?
Also I don't go 7 times a day, it will between 3-4 days in a week. I want to look shredded but belly fat is a big concern. No matter how much calorie deficit I am opting it doesn't get away. Am I doing something wrong, please advise !!!
