6 month transformation. Did I cook?
Age- 23 M, Height- 5'8, Initial weight - 95 kg, Current weight - 78 kg
Training:- basic strength training in the gym for atleast 5 days a week.
Diet:- Completely vegetarian diet. Soya chunks, protein powder and Paneer were the biggest protein contributors in my diet. I also wanted to improve my overall diet, so reduced carbs, and increased fiber and protein. Always stayed in calorie deficit. Tried to have as much protein as possible.
