The Journey So Far: 4 Months into Fitness

I’m 18 years old, 6'1", and I’ve just completed four months of working out!

I started at 58 kg and now weigh 65 kg. Currently, I’m following a PPL (Push-Pull-Legs) split and am in a bulking phase, focusing on a vegetarian diet to meet my daily protein needs. I’ve also been taking creatine for the past two months, and it has been beneficial for me.

I would appreciate any tips you have that could support my fitness journey!
