Need diet suggestions.
30 F, 5'2" h, 58 weight. The above mentioned is my usual routine. I now want to start strength and cardio training because i get tired and exhausted quickly and my weight is not issue but i also don't have a toned or fit body. I walk 8000+steps a day daily. Aditionally I tried strength training for week or two but it felt like I am over exerting my body. I am vegetarian and don't want to take additional protien supplements. Just want to know how to add strength training to my routine to not feel too exhausted and what can i add in my diet to not feel exhausted and tired.
