bicep db curls against wall
i have recently started doing biceps dumbbell curls by resting my back and triceps against the wall. this way, the only motion that happens is of the elbow joint, and I can notice that my biceps are getting more fatigue with a lighter weight and lesser reps compared to free form curls. maybe the ego lifting and swinging part is eliminated because of the wall support.
my question to experienced gym Bros here is, can I just do wall curls instead of the normal curls? or are these 2 forms different and both are necessary for all the muscles of the biceps to get hit? also are there any disadvantages of the wall supported curls?
