Is three months enough time ??

Hello ! My fiance and I are looking at purchasing a house or a condo for the first time. I am going to call Wells Fargo bank today to see if we can get the approval process started. We are planning on moving from AZ to MN when our lease is up in early July and I will be visiting for a week in May to look at places to hopefully close as soon as possible. The real-estate agent said they could also do Zoom tours (which i would much rather see the place in person).

IF I do find a place in May, does this seem like a realistic timeframe. We are thinking of putting 20% down. I have asked a couple coworkers who have told me they don't think it's possible but my mom thinks it's a doable timeframe. Any and all advice will help !
