Anyone else frustrated?

I’ve been house hunting and there is nothing in my budget of 200k. If there is something below, it’s priced down to start a bidding war for investors. How are people supposed to even buy a starter home when investors will always come in looking for their next paycheck? The next year that same house they bought will be double the price. I just feel defeated.
