What are you most excited about when you think about owning your first home?

The list of what I just absolutely love about owning a home is long, however these are some of my favorite things, having my dogs in a safe home that has a huge yard, gardening, the joy I’ve had renovating my home top to bottom, dreaming about what I wanted to do to my house and then seeing it come to fruition, having fire places. And getting to enjoy them with my dogs and family on a cozy Winter weekend when it’s rainy and blustery outside, having my entire family over for a huge Thanksgiving dinner is the BEST! This weekend we are hosting a huge birthday bash / Super Bowl party for my husband. These are the things that I appreciate and get most excited about when I think about my home and being a home owner. How about you?
