Daisy drill team rifle disposal

I am the “ordnance officer “ of my jrotc at my school and we have many rifles for armed exhibitions (a performance with rifles for those who dont know) my fellow students are very irresponsible with the equipment and they cause them to break ALOT. Now we have more unusable parts then we have new.

The question i an trying to ask is

How do i dispose properly of parts for those rifles
