Is “hdflix.app” a scam?

Hello, so I found this in telegram, and that’s the website above. It has instructions to install it on firestick, but when I follow the instructions, it downloads a .bin file, not an .apk file. So, the firestick doesn’t know what to do with it.

I just deleted it. There is zero search results for this in Reddit😬
