Working at KFC Finland

Hi, I have been received an offer as shift manager in KFC, however, when I was going through some reviews from Glassdoor and other platforms, I found a majority negative feedback about KFC such as low-competent superiors, understaffing,... But all these reviews mainly come from US or other locations, not Finland. Despite my instinct gives me a good sense about it, but I am confused about those bad reviews. Anyone here who has worked at KFC, could you share your experience about this? Many thanks!
