Buying first home

Hi! I might need your opinion and help regarding this topic. I am planning to buy a home in Helsinki area and it is going to be my first home (+ I am a foreigner). I would ask several questions and if any of you could help with one of the questions listed? it will be much appreciated! 🫶🏻 May I ask which bank would be the best to use for doing the loan? How much does it usually cost to change the whole apartment floor (€/m2) to a new floor? And do you have any recommendations which company/services can I contact to with not too expensive price? Same question but for kitchen; How much does it cost to change the cabinets of the kitchen? And any recommendations on the company/services?
