Help needed

Hi guys. I’m usually an avid career player but I’ve had a few this fifa and can’t get it going. Can anyone maybe give me a team to pick (not in England). I’ve been all over so don’t mind smaller leagues. I’d rather the were mid to upper type team who can challenge. Also any players to sign would be welcome. Thanks guys !
