Can you upgrade/move the barn?

I'm on steam deck so maybe just can't see the option? I have the medium barn in my inventory and want to place it where my current small barn is. There's space for the larger imprint, I just want it to go where my current barn is. Is there a way either to upgrade the one I have using the medium barn blueprint, or to move the existing one so when the medium barn is done I can move my animals and remove the small one?
