Wrong item and missing an item

I ordered 6 items total, one of them being a pair of jeans. I received the package full of the other stuff I bought, but I didn’t receive the jeans and they sent me an ugly dress instead. I tried to contact them, and I’m just waiting on a response. Has something similar happen to anyone else? Are they gonna let me return the dress? Will I get the pants that I wanted for free at least?
