Fantasy with worldbuilding and dialogue as good as the Expanse?

I normally stick to fantasy only but recently on my travels I picked up the Expanse book 1 from the hostel library.

And it's bloody fantastic! Yeah the characters aren't exactly ones we haven't seen before, but they are such well written archetypes.

In particular I love the natural, almost cinematic dialogue. It really feels like it has a natural cadence to it, and I can see why it translated well to tv

Are there any fantasy recs with dialogue as good as this?

I've done Red Rising before and really thought it wasn't a good book but any other recs are greatly appreciated!
