Compounding GLP

Anybody else having a bunch of their patients on compounded semaglutide world crashing because there won't be any more availability? I am thinking of tapering them every other week for the last vial. Anybody else have ideas what to do going forward? It's ridiculous that they try to sell it for $1000+ when it's such a cheap drug to make.
