[FO4] which current gameplay & NSFW mods to download?

Hey guys I just picked up FO4 on steam sale. Played it once vanilla years ago and enjoyed it. Want to play it a second time with either new gameplay mechanics or new features but most importantly nsfw mods. I wanna see what all the hype is with FO4 nsfw mods and skyrim. Which mods you all i recommend, thanks
