[Fo4] Good SFW mods to make female character look better? Would be great if any one explain what ENB and how it works too.

Almost the same topic was asked before but it was 5 years ago and I am just starting so I was thinking what current mods to go for?

I am looking for SFW mods to make female characters look better (body and looks), already have CBBE and Looksmenu. As long as its not nude i am fine just not too skimpy.

Also I am currently new to modding so please advice if some mods dont work together or if I need some mods for them to work (other than the ones listed on each mod page i mean).

Lastly I see alot of people talking about ENBs and how its great for the games, currently I dont understand what this even is and how it works? I am using MO2 for reference
