F4 crashes few second after startup

Got f4 on pc recently and wanted to play with mods. I tried downgrading it to 1.10.163 through steam console but when i did it my game got a black screen and stopped running after a few seconds. Then i reinstalled the game and downgraded it with simple f4 downgrader through vortex which worked. Then i installed mods and im back to that black screen crashing after a few seconds even if i disable all the mods. Im not very good at finding the problem and don’t really have to patience to deal with this sh*t so if anyone could maybe give me some ideas, i’d be thankful.
