High GPU Usage

Hey Guys!

I didnt really know wether to post this in this reddit or under the NVIDIA reddit but my brother GPU is running at 99% for fall guys even while sitting in the menu. He has a GTX 1070 and so do i but on my PC the max ussage of the GPU never goes past 30%. Does anyone know a fix for this problem?
