Petal Bloom Festival Quest 2/2

This was already asked in the MEGA thread but there are zero answers there for it plus I’ve googled it and checked YouTube yet no one seems to have any answers for this.

What decorative items can I build with flowers that will allow me to complete this quest? I am seriously losing my marbles on this quest and I’m about ready to rage quit because I seriously cannot find an answer anywhere!

So, please, if someone has come across this quest and has successfully completed it or found a YouTuber that has successfully completed it, please help me!
