Listing in review for weeks?!

I’m selling children’s toys/clothes and always had huge success with selling things on Facebook marketplace however, lately when I go to list anything every group it goes into it’s stuck as listing in review but it’s been like that for weeks and sometimes months. What the heck is going on?
