Setup of AdManager account

Hi everyone, I’m having the issue with my settings and have mixed lots of stuff. When I try to make the Ad sets for insta, it says that the advertisement will not show up to many placements, I added Facebook page but it is still not resolved. May I contact with any of you for the initial help? Or do you know the source which provides detailed guideline (youtube is so confusing)?
