Meta Assist Desk - Legit or Phishing?

Hi all!

New to Facebook Ads and just trying to find out if an email I received from “Meta Assist Desk” is legit. The subject line is “Copyright Violation Detected” and it goes on to claim content I’ve uploaded or shared has violated their Copyright Policy. I don’t see that any content or ad that has been removed so i’m leaning toward phishing scam? The email address is [email protected]
