Banned for toxicity?

I've been banned from Forsaken for 20 hours or so for toxicity ( mild ) which I dont understand why or how and they didn't tell me for anything that I can think of that's concerned toxic ( I would show an image what I'm talking about but my camera quality is horrendous )
