When does the game get fun? (Genuine question and rant)

I've played the game for an hour and some minutes three times in different days. I thought Forsaken would be my type of game since I have fun while playing Sonic.exe: The Disaster, but sadly not.

I tried to have fun, but neither as survivor or killer I could do so. I saved up and bought Guest 1337, since I'm more of an aggro character guy instead of just running, but the only times I had fun or some dopamine generated was when charging at the killer to distract them from going to get one of my teammates, ending in me dying since I thought they would predict my block.

I need ya'll to tell me what characters I should get, or if I should just quit since I can't really force myself to have fun. I won't mind if I get downvoted or this gets deleted, but PLEASE give me an answer before doing so.
