Cookies Half Oz

I’ve never gotten flower from cookies . Reviews are super mixed . I seen a half oz with 3.9% terps that sounded pretty good but I don’t want to waste the rec/money if it’s not going to be any good . I’m attaching a screenshot of the coa . Thoughts ? Wondering if u should get it or pass . Would hate to have a half of crap .
