Step Up IA (done with Noppy IA) will be discountinued

Just announced in the livestream, they will not offer IA through lapis step up summon any more. The negative feedback was enough to make them change this (likely it was due to not many people summoning on the banner in conjunction with the negative comments).

Edit: they also mentioned they know of the negative feedback of excluding Sylvie and Wylk from the fragments. No announcement if they will change anything.
