Bad way to run a business

Do you think it is a bad idea for Amazon to run their company on a one size fits all method? They think just because they implement one of their stupid ideas at one facility that it will work at all facilities alike without red vests having free reign to make decisions without approval from higher ups. Just because something works well at one facility does not mean it will work the same for all warehouse facilities. I hate the cookie cutter way of running a business.
