Disbursement from my school confusion

So last Friday I checked my financial aid screen on my schools website and it showed my Pell grant was disbursed ($1,849) and I was also awarded a student with dependents cal grant b disbursement (3,000). Everything was showing as "disbursed" so there is no money left to disburse. However, when I received the deposit to my bank account it was $3,999. I am confused on whether I was not supposed to receive everything or if I just didn't receive the rest, I did ask my financial specialist and she said I received everything. Has this happened to anyone before? Someone please help me understand this because it's caused me so much confusion.
