Ryū Murakami
Just wanted to say I reccomend Piercing and In The Miso Soup to anyone who wants a quick, disturbing read!
I'm currently reading Coin Locker Babies which seems to have a different vibe so far (undecided whether I like it yet) but I've also got Audition on reserve from my local library and excited for it.
I know these books are translated but I love the way they are written. The characters are wonderfully complex too.
