1 Month Pumping Update

My newborn is officially 1 month and I can't believe it. Just 2 weeks ago, I felt like I was dying.

Thank you to all the mommas who lent me their support and gave me their words of encouragement on my journey to EP!

Also after 1 month, I finally got the correct sized inserts for my flanges and holy mother it increased my output by 10ml consistently.

As a just enougher - that is so significant, it is the difference between screaming hunger and a satiated smile 😅 We still do 1 (or 2 if I get lazy during the night) of formula feeds but I'm learning to be okay with that.

I still wanna quit EVERY day so I dont know how far I'll go but I just tell myself to get through the day. Trust in the process and if things dont pan out, I can say I tried my best.
