AFK isk making activities while working from home?

I have an account that I would like to dedicate to making isk AFK while working from home. I am wondering what activities could be possible. I have these requirements:

• Should be safe if I only pay attention to the game once every 30 min-1 hour. I don't mind losing my ship from time to time, as long as I can replace it fairly easily.

• The activity should be truly AFK. I don't need to be making money the whole time, as long as I can set it and forget it and not be killed by rats.

• The activity should have fairly low social requirements. Ideally, I don't need to join a corp or alliance. I don't want activity requirements for this account.

So far, I thought of two activities:

• Ninja Gas Huffing in a wormhole
• Hisec mining

I was also wondering about these activities if someone has tried them: - NPC null mining missions - Ninja mining or ratting in a quiet part of NPC null
