Question About Selling Brand New Mass Produced Items on Etsy!
I went to post m vintage 1995-1998 Hot Wheels in my shop and when I searched if others were selling hot wheels on Etsy I came across this listing. How are they able to post this since the rules are:
- Reselling mass-produced items: You cannot simply buy items from a manufacturer and resell them on Etsy.
They're obviously aren't making these themselves, and they are not vintage. What is the loophole to allow this? since when I tried to sell unique studio pottery mugs from 2014 I had to input the makers information, but of course I couldn't as the potters name was not imprinted, just initials and date.
Is it if your a retail store you can re-sell new items? because you have a license to do so from Mattel?
