Trouble saving changes when creating a shop

Hi guys, hopefully someone can help me. I have already submitted a ticket but no reply.

I keep getting the error message ‘cannot save changes’ when trying to set up a shop and it asks or my first listing information. This is the second day I have tried. I get the exact same error when I try on my windows PC too.

I looked for help online but can only find people having issues with the add payment page which I haven’t even got to yet!

I am in the UK if this makes a difference.
