Etsy overcharging customers for shipping - Help

Edit: SOLVED! Turns out it was a handling fee in my shipping profiles I forgot was there. I also had no idea the fee charges PER ITEM not per package.

Hi, hoping someone can give me some advice! Lately Etsy has been overcharging my customers for shipping, it can get as bad as charging them double or triple the cost that they charge me for the label. This almost exclusively happens when customers are ordering more than 1 item. Tried Googling this issue but no luck, I'd appreciate some help since I'm sure those massive shipping costs are deterring sales.

I am using calculated shipping, and I have the "Etsy Shipping Label rates" option selected in settings. I have all my different package preferences set with the correct information, and each listing has the correct item size and weight information. Etsy *DOES* pick the right package size for orders, and it is not creating multiple labels for customers. It picks the correct package size, charges the customer a large amount, and then charges me a much smaller amount when I purchase the label through Etsy (without me changing any information). For example, today a customer ordered 6 items. The items were calculated to fit in the correct package, then it charged the customer $10.84 for shipping. When I created the label, without changing any information at all, it charged me $5.40. I did not pick a different shipping option than what the customer ordered. I can't figure out why it's overcharging people! Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance!
