Fry oil air pollution on east side?

Trying not to sound crazy here but over the last couple months the fallout from possibly JJ's fruit pies or Better Baked foods is consistently plaguing my neighborhood with either the noxious smell of artificial strawberry flavoring or tainting my clothes and skin with fry oil odor after spending some time outside. It sounds like a silly thing to be bothered by but it's on the uptick quite heavily and is more than something of a disturbance when I'm just trying to enjoy some fresh airm.. Anyone else notice or bothered by it? Are there regulations being violated? Sometimes it's downright concerning
