Do you supplement Equinox with any other workout apps?
I’m relatively new to Equinox and have been enjoying the in person classes (HIIT, sculpt, barre, strength) and doing simple strength workouts on my own (finding random workouts on insta/tik tok). However I want a more structured weekly workout plan and to just follow along without thinking too much. I’ve used a few on the EQX app and had Peloton before but wondering if there’s anything else fellow members have enjoyed to become more confident in the gym
