Do sculpt classes actually tone you?
I recently joined and love the barre, Pilates, sculpt etc. classes but wondering if they actually move the needle. I have about 20 pounds of body fat to lose and I usually I ncline walk/light cardio after class. I also take Precision Run or spin classes a couple times a week and try to take Stronger or Metcon 2-3x a week too to incorporate heavier weights. But wondering if at my current fitness stage I should be focusing on a different mix?
