My account got removed from me

I woke up around 5 am since I have work and i notice I have a verification number send to my account I didn’t really give it a lot of attention.So when I came back I turn on my ps5 and I notice my epic games account was not there I was a bit confused at first so I tried contacting the epic support they said they couldn’t help me.I never did nothing I been having this account for many years and it’s very stressful that the support can’t help me get my account back the info I had doesn’t seem to work anymore I have every proof necessary to show that did own that account this we’re some of gmail they send back when I tried sending a request I spend a lot of money just my account get removed from without any explanation
