Game's performance are getting worse and worse since release.

Is it just me or have the performance getting worse? I have a:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
16GB Ram
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

And I know they've been improving the visuals too since, but just so I can get similar performance to what I had back on release, I have to make the game look worse than it did on release to get them. I used to be able to run the game on quality and even a bit higher before in 1440P and now setting it to performance in 1080p is struggling to reach 60 fps with dips close to 30fps.

Yes my drivers are up to date, yes both my ram works (tested them) yes my power supply works well and yes it's on ssd.
