MTECH in Old IIT vs MS in USA

I have completed my btech from Jadavpur University (electronics) in 2022 and was thinking for a higher degree to boost my career in IT in India. Is doing Mtech from old IITS worth it?

Please help bro, I am very confused here, I already have 1.5 year experience in a USA based startup.

Should I save and go for masters in USA but I seriously do not have any plans to settle abroad....
