Ender 3 S1 Plus - Issues with first 5-10ish layers

So I’ve paper leveled the bed 3 times and auto leveled with the cr-touch (16 point grid) and I’m still having this issue and idk if it’s leveling or smth else) I had problems with matte pla and then used regular and got better results but still the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
