Wireless card/driver disappeared after yay upgrade

Hi.

Been using this MacBook Air 2017 for a year now with endeavour, was working great until today an upgrade and reboot made my wifi disappear. It has been working flawlessly for months until today's upgrade. I looked up how to find the hardware (writing this in a Fedora laptop), the output of inxi -Na says Broadcom BCM4360 802.11ac Dual Band Wireless Network adapter.

Did the upgrade erase the driver? I am cleary with no wifi so if I am told to install some command or do something that requires internet, I cannot run it. Probably will need to download the driver or module on this Fedora machine, put it on a usb stick and move it over.

Reading through some other post, somebody mentioned that a couple of other things needed to be checked: one, if it was a dual boot with Windows, which I don't, it's EOS alone on the laptop; two, wpa_supplicant seems to be active, but no clue if I need to disable it and how.

Any help would be great.
