Colonisation shouldn't have been released

Commission and similar features shouldn't be deployed to production.

  • Full impact on bubble is unknown
  • Full impact on factions and their missions is unknown
  • Benefits to NPC and players hasn't been fully identified
  • Feature roadmap resulting from colonisation is unclear (can player built colonies and stations be destroyed? Etc.)
  • Impact on powerplay
  • Lot of bugs and instability

There really NEEDS to be a Public Test environment, where this can be deployed and explored before adding it to production.

ED is a complex game, with limited official guidance, but with lot of QOL improvements needed, adding breaking changes like colonisation has a unknown impact on existing and new player base.
