elgato hd60s + no sound

Hello,

when I connect my iphone 7 to elgato hd60s + everything works ok except the sound. When I connect it to other pc it has sound so something is wrong with my pc. My computer is a gaming laptop ASUS rog strix scar 2. Any suggestions how to solve this?
