Kugoo M4 Pro seat issue

Anyone ever successfully remove the entire seat on one of these? I have all the normal stuff taken off but the bracket that on the deck seems difficult. Half of it seems attached the deck? I've no use for the seat and the bracket is where I'd put my foot!
